With the drive to the sea stalled southwest of Le Mesnil-Adelee, 2nd Panzer garrisoned the town with some of their panzergrenadiers and moved north to try their luck along that path. Very quickly, however, they were forced to reverse their direction; 3rd Armored Division had launched a counterattack.
Objectives: Your Battlegroup is in good position to take the enemy thrust in the flank. The entire company will move south and engage the enemy armor as it moves east to assault our infantry positions. As usual, the enemy will own the skies, so be on your guard for fighter-bombers. Use the advantage of surprise well; destroy as many American tanks and vehicles as possible as you move south.
